OSDI QUESTIONNAIRE
This tool is an internationally recognised, standardised questionnaire used to assess dry eye symptoms and the extent to which they affect a patient’s day-to-day activities. It is a valid and reliable instrument with proven sensitivity and specificity in distinguishing between normal ocular comfort and dry eye disease. It consists of 12 simple questions that measure the impact of Dry Eye on your daily life.
The questionnaire provides an overall score, classifying symptoms as normal, mild, moderate, or severe, and evaluates the impact on vision-related function.
